the MP-40 (Axis) ( as close as i can tell, it was pretty small ) is an automaitc, whe way you used it, it looks like a Burst-fire gun.

the M1 Grand (Allied) was being used as an automatic, where as it's a single-shot rifle, which is also why it is sometimes used as a sniper rifle, with just a small scope attatched on.
